Veal Parmigiana

6 veal patties or cubed steaks
2 tablespoons butter (use more if needed)
1 lb. bag egg noodles

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In skillet melt butter until bubbly. Add meat and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and place in baking dish side by side.

1 jar spaghetti sauce (16 oz.)
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan grated cheese
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms sliced (drained)

Pour spaghetti sauce over patties. Add mushrooms, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Place in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

While veal is cooking, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and place in large bowl and add butter. Toss to melt. 

Serve veal with buttered noodles.
