Where Chefs Eat

OK, lets start with a well-known classic and see what Daniel Boulud has to say about one of my old favs - La Grenouille. “A fifty-year-old standard, not just for the food, but for the service, the crowd and the remarkable consistency.” Thank you, Daniel. (I was going to say that!) On to Prague, and to Cukrkávalimonáda. Gwendal LeRuyet notes that this is the “best place to stop, have an omelette, a piece of cake and a coffee before you head for the castle.” Good to know.

I definitely recommend sticking Where Chefs Eat in your back pocket. You never know when you might end up in Tokyo, Blainville-sur-Mer, or lost and starving in San Gabriel.

Gosh, think of the fun I could have, if only One For The Table offered expense accounts!
