Thousand Island Dressing

1 raw egg
¼ cup coarsely chopped onions
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup peeled and chopped tomatoes
2 hard boiled eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne
½ cup sweet relish

In a food processor or blender, process the raw egg and onions 5 to 10 seconds. With the machine still running, add the oil in a thin, steady stream; then add the tomatoes, hard boiled eggs and seasonings and process a few seconds until smooth, pushing the sides down once with a rubber spatula. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in the relish. Refrigerate until ready to use.
