St-Germain Cocktail

1½ oz St-Germain liquor
1½ oz sparkling wine or dry white wine
Soda Water
Lemon

Pour St-Germain in a tall glass filled with ice. Add wine and then fill with soda water. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon twist.
