
Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
2 cups Crab Meat, cooked
30-35 large fresh Mushrooms, stems removed
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon minced Garlic
1 pkg (4 oz) Cream Cheese
2 Green Onions, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Melt the butter in a skillet and add the garlic. Briefly fry the mushroom caps until lightly browned. Remove from pan and allow to cool. Combine the crab meat, cream cheese, and green onion. Add seasoning. Mix well.
Stuff mushroom caps with a spoonful of the crab mixture each. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
