
Cheesy Hashbrown Breakfast Bake
8 eggs
1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups cubed cooked ham (or bacon or sausage)
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Place hash browns in a single layer in a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese and ham.
In a bowl, beat eggs, milk and spices. Pour mixture over meat.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until edges are golden brown and knife inserted near center comes out clean.
