Orange Spooner
2 cups of orange juice
Thin strip of lime rind
¼ cup of confectioners’ sugar
2 sprigs of mint
Cover and blend for 10 seconds. Add 3 cups of crushed ice and blend until smooth. Serve with spoons if need be. Maybe that’s where the name comes from? Enjoy!
