Yield: about a quart of flavored vodka
Ingredients:
for the flavored vodka:
14 ounces Vodka (I used Kettle One)
1 cup fresh, organic blueberries
for the cocktail:
2 tablespoons flavored vodka
2 tablespoons bubbly water
12 ounces Molly’s Raw Honey Lemonade
Instructions:
for the vodka:
Wash and dry the blueberries. Put blueberries in a 1 quart ball jar. Fill jar with Vodka. Tightly place lid and let rest for 24 – 36 hours. Strain vodka into another vessel. Save blueberries and freeze.
Pour 2 cups of lemonade in a blender. Add 2 cups of ice and blend. I may have used more ice as I like my drinks very, very slushy. it’s one of those things that one needs to eyeball.
In an 8 ounce glass, add the flavored vodka and the bubbly water (this is my new favorite). Mix together. Add frozen lemonade to the glass and mix. Garnish with frozen blueberries and a straw.
