Jumbo Lump Crab Dip
2 lbs. Crabmeat
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 yellow onion
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 lemon, juiced
Dash Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Chop onion finely in food processor. Add all other ingredients except crabmeat and process until blended. Break up crabmeat in bowl, add mixture, and mix until blended. Try to leave crabmeat as chunky as possible. Bake in a shallow dish (about 10" round or equivalent) at 375°F until brown and bubbly, about 30-45 minutes. Serve with Carr's crackers or toasted bread.
