
Banana Daiquiri
1 Lime
2 tablespoons sugar
6 oz Light Rum
1 ripe Banana, sliced
Put the juice of lime, sugar, light rum, and 2 cups finely cracked ice into the container of a blender. Add banana and blend the mixture for 15 seconds, or until it is smooth. Strain into chilled cocktail glasses. Serves 2.
