Sleepy Hollow
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice and mint springs, muddled
1/4 oz apricot flavored brandy
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 oz gin
Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake sharply and strain into martini glass.
