
Irish Coffee
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1¾ oz Irish Whiskey
3½ oz hot coffee
2/3 oz cream
Pour the whiskey into a mug or goblet. Add the sugar and stir. Add the coffee and mix well. Gently float the cream on top. Do not stir.
