1¾ oz dark rum
1 teaspoon of unsalted butter
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg nutmeg
Few drops of vanilla extract
Boiling water
In a glass, cream together the butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Pour the rum and the boiling water into the glass and mix until all the ingredients are well-blended. Serve immediately while still warm.
