Spicey Cutie Pork

1 lb pork loin or pork shoulder
2 Cutie clementines
1 Garlic clove
2 Green onions
1 Teaspoon crushed red pepper
Pinch black pepper
1 Teaspoon corn starch
2 Tablespons soy sauce
1 Teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon sherry or sake
Canola, grapeseed or peanut oil


1. Shred pork – this is much easier to do if the pork is slightly frozen - then put in bowl with cornstarch, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and the rice vinegar – set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Section cuties and put in bowl and lightly crush
3. Mince garlic and finely mince green onion
4. Heat frying pan to low medium heat and add garlic and green onion. stir fry for 30 seconds, then turn up heat to medium high and add pork mixture. Cook for 3 minutes and remove from to bowl.
5. Heat frying pan to low mediu heat and add scetioned cuties, red pepper, remaining soy sauce, sherry and black pepper. Cook for about a minute and put pork mixture back in. Stir well and cover for 3 -5 minutes.
6. serve
