30 ml/ ¾ oz Belvedere Black Raspberry
Dash Peychaud bitters
4 fresh blackberries
Rosé Champagne (preferably Moet & Chandon)
Muddle 3 blackberries with bitters. Add vodka and shake with ice. Double strain into a champagne flute.
Top with the rosé champagne and garnish with a rose petal and last blackberry.
