20 cooked peeled shrimp
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 avocado, cubed
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2-cup Newman's Own All-Natural Bandito Salsa Mild
Chop shrimp, mix lemon juice into salsa, and fold in shrimp, avocado, and cilantro. Chill 30 minutes in margarita or martini glasses. Garnish with lemon wedge.
