Reuben Dip

8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1/3 Cup Sour Cream

Blend together in a large bowl until well-combined.

Add:
1/2 Cup Sauerkraut (drained)
4.5 oz. dried beef (sliced in small pieces)
1 Cup shredded  swiss cheese

Mix and place in 8 inch glass pie pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Serve with small party rye bread.
