1 bunch Asparagus
2 tablespoon olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Trim bottoms of asparagus. Lightly brush spears with olive oil. Grill over medium heat (or under broiler) turning once for a minute and a half on each side.
Serve on a platter and drizzle with lemon juice, soy sauce, a mustard vinaigrette or just serve hot right off the grill or out of the oven.
