takes 20 minutes after heating the grill...
1 clove garlic
1 tsp coarse salt
½ tsp red pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbs olive oil
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1½ - 2 lbs shrimp (about 15 to a pound)
Heat charcoal or gas grill
Chop garlic with salt, add in pepper and paprika,make into a paste with
olive oil and lemon juice. Spread the paste on shrimp.
And grill shrimp either individually or on a skewer.
Serve with lemon wedges
