1 pint raw oysters
1 stick butter
1 rib celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt, pepper, dash of cayenne to taste
1 cup sharp cheese grated

Preheat oven to 450°F degrees.
Drain oysters. Melt butter and saute celery and onion; add parsley and spinach, worcestershire, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, cayenne.
Grease a shallow casserole. Arrange oysters in one layer only. Cover with Rockefeller mixture. Bake at 450 for 30 min. Remove and sprinkle with grated cheese and a very thin layer of bread crumbs. Bake additional 10 min unitl lightly browned.
