Melt butter in a frying pan on medium heat, don’t let it brown, just sizzle.
Crack two eggs, carefully without breaking them, one at a time, into
the frying pan. Trying not to let the eggs touch each other, if they do, just cut them away from each other with a spatula after the whites have set...
When the egg white have set and the yolk is still a little runny, remove, carefully, with a spatula and serve with Crisp Bacon!
Variation, tip the frying pan a little bit as the white are setting so that the butter runs over the top of the
eggs and it’s sort of like making basted eggs!
