Cut leftover white meat from turkey into pieces and chop. Add raisins, chopped walnuts, and chopped mango chutney (like Major Grey’s). Mix a teaspoon or two of curry powder into a cup of mayonnaise (Hellman’s or Hollywood Safflower). Use enough curry powder so that there’s really a taste of curry in the mayonnaise. Mix with turkey mixture.
Serve on wheat toast or a bed of lettuce with green grapes and cut red bell pepper on the side as garnish.
