Aunt Marion's Chicken Salad

4 cups of grilled chicken, pulled and chopped lightly
1 cup chopped red peppers
1 cup chopped celery
2 boiled eggs, mashed fine
1 medium tart apple, in small chunks
1 1/2 cups Kraft mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar

Stir all ingredients, add more mayo if needed. Serve on a bed of lettuce with carrots, tomatoes and red peppers on the side with wheat crackers.
