An (Old-Fashioned) Vegetarian Sandwich

Half an Avocado
Cheddar Cheese (or white English cheddar)
Mayonnaise (or vegannaise)
Two Slices of Organic Whole Grain Bread (or whole wheat bread)
(toasted or untoasted, depending on your mood)

Spread avocado on one slice of whole grain bread. Layer thin sliced cheddar cheese on top of avocado, layer thinly sliced tomatoes on top of cheddar cheese, layer sprouts, (optional – fresh or marinated red peppers, jalapeno peppers, green peppers, thinly sliced red onion)

Spread mayonnaise on other slice of bread. And place on top of sandwich, mayonnaise side down. Slice in quarters.
