1 head of soft butter lettuce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon sherry wine vinegar
one half a cup (a little less) virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
In a large salad bowl, mix lemon juice, sherry wine vinegar. olive oil, dijon and a little salt and freshly ground pepper, Mix well.
Wash lettuce, dry. Gently tear leaves in thirds and toss into bowl and toss with dressing.
