8 ounces pasta of your choice
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons sage leaves, chopped, torn, or whole
Parmesan cheese, grated
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Heat a saucepan on medium heat. Add butter and cook, swirling, until golden brown. It will have a nutty aroma. Turn off the heat and add your sage leaves, let simmer. Toss with pasta, garnish the parmesan, and serve immediately.
