Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

These go really well with tequila and/or beer.

raw pumpkin seeds
coarse salt, cracked black pepper, and cayenne pepper (all mixed together)

Spread pumpkin seeds on parchment on a cookie sheet.  preheat oven to 350.

Sprinkle pumpkin seeds with salt and pepper mixture.  Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
