1 bunch carrots, sliced
¼ cup butter
2½ tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon ground ginger or more
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Cook carrots for five minutes (or less) in lightly boiling water.
In a large skillet, melt butter with honey, add ground ginger and lemon juice, then toss in carrots and simmer until mixed and heated all the way through.
