Bloody Mary
This classic cocktail was created at Harry's New York Bar in 1921 in honor of movie star Mary Pickford. The celery was added in the 1960s.
1 3/4 oz. vodka
5 1/2 oz. tomato juice
2 dashes Worchestershire sauce, or more to taste
2/3 oz. fresh lemon juice
pinch of celery salt
dash of Tabasco sauce, or more to taste
dash of pepper
Instructions:
Pour the lemon and tomato juices over ice in a tall glass. Add the vodka, salt and Worchestershite, then stir. Then depending on your palate add the Tabasco and pepper and stir again. Garnish with stick of celery and/or lime wedge.
