Chocolate Cutie Smoothie

2 rough chopped cuties
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
 
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup yogurt
2 cups ice
 
Combine sugar and water and bring to a simmer, stir until sugar is combined. Add Cuties and simmer for 15 minutes. Cool and strain.
 
To blender container add 1/4 cup cuties scented syrup, cocoa powder, milk, yogurt and ice. Blenderize this mixture and serve in a tall glass, garnish with extra clementine segments and a dusting of cocoa.
