1 lb. cooked good quality smoked salmon or nova
1 (8 ounce) package whipped cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream (for consistency) 1/2 cup sour cream
2-5 green onions, thinly chopped
2 drops hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Flake salmon, set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and heavy cream. Add green onions, hot pepper sauce and lemon juice. Add salmon and mix well.
Cover and chill to set flavors. Serve with thin sliced pumpernickel bread or crackers.
