¼ of an onion chopped
2 ripe avacadoes
¼-½ of a jar (or container of fresh) salsa to taste
juice of half a lemon
In a bowl mash avacadoes with onion and salsa (leaving the consistency a little bit, just a little bit, rough). Squeeze lemon over it.
Drop avocado pits into middle of dip (so it doesn’t turn brown)
Remove avocado pits when serving.
Serve with salted tortilla chips (or as a side to tacos)
