My favorite all time shredded barely holding together cookbook is: The Classic Italian Cookbook by Marcella Hazan.  As far as I'm concerned, you can't make Bolognese without Marcella. (Katherine Reback)

This book was a revelation. I bought it in 1977(?) and learned to cook from it and athe French Chef Cookbook. I am never without Reggiano Parmesan.

Her More Classic Italian Cookbook is delicious too!

Met Amy Ephron today in Winston-Salem, NC
