2 bunches of broccoli rabe.
Trim and wash and dry.
Heat three tablespoons of olive oil in a heavy frying pan. when hot add coarse red pepper (like pepper flakes), just a pinch or so, and a finely chopped garlic clove or two.
Stir once or twice then add broccoli rabe and season with a little salt.
Cook until tender, this should take about 6 minutes, but might need more depending on the rabe.
Drizzle with a little extra olive oil once it’s in a serving bowl.
